Hallmark movie fans know the magic Candace Cameron Bure brings to the screen every year, but what we don't see is how the films can take a bit of a toll on the actress. Sure the schedule can be grueling, but Candace recently opened up about the feeling she gets when everything has wrapped.

"I worry all the time about my movies," she revealed on the podcast The Call to Mastery. "I actually got sick to my stomach on this last Christmas movie [If I Only Had Christmas] that aired in November because I've created an anxiety for myself. Because my movies have been the top-performing movie seven years in a row, and you know one day, you're going to slide off that pedestal."

Candace then revealed that as time went on, she felt sicker and sicker about the possibility of her movies dropping in ratings, and knew something had to change. "I had to have a come-to-Jesus moment with myself in 2020 because I thought, Why are you doing this? Meaning, why are you making the movies? I had to bring it back to my why — my why that I set 12 years ago, coming back to the industry."

She then listed all the reasons she loves making movies: her passion for acting, connecting with people, and of course, the fun she has. Once she was able to do that and release herself from the pressure of ratings, it made all the difference. "I had to remind myself of my why, and just let it go and say, 'you know, it doesn't matter what those ratings are' ... and it felt a whole lot better."
