After announcing its InCKubator and tapping the likes of Billie Eilish and Shawn Mendes for the “I SPEAK MY TRUTH IN #MYCALVINS” campaign in 2019, Calvin Klein is here to change the narrative once again. Today, February 27, the label has made a bold return for the new decade with its new campaign, titled “DEAL WITH IT.”
“DEAL WITH IT” is described as a celebration of “unapologetic confidence and self-love.” The new campaign features an all-star cast from all corners of the entertainment world. According to the brand, each celeb was chosen for “their willingness to bare themselves to the world.” Among the many faces are musicians like SZA, Maluma and Lil Nas X.
To announce the campaign, Calvin Klein has put out a video, shot by Bardia Zeinali, featuring the entire cast. As the film shifts from monochrome to color, the music gets louder and more chaotic. Reality merges into fantasy, and each member gets their own special moment to both shine and express their individual confidence. The video rounds off the campaign alongside photography from Mario Sorrenti.
Stars from other areas of entertainment, including Euphoria’s Hunter Schafer and Chinese-born singer and actor Lay Zhang, also star in the campaign. A few #MyCalvins alums make a reappearance, with both Justin Bieber and Kendall Jenner returning for another season with the brand.
“DEAL WITH IT” is an expansion of Calvin Klein’s already ongoing #MYCALVINS campaign. You can see some shots from the campaign shot by Sorrenti below, and check out everything the new collections have to offer through the Calvin Klein website.
