'When Calls the Heart' Fans Are Planning a Huge 'Family Reunion' So Buy Your Tickets Now
Plenty of shows have passionate viewers, but none of them compare to the Hearties—the official fan base of Hallmark’s When Calls the Heart.
Sure, they tune into the show each week despite any drama or drawbacks (like the season 6 hiatus, for example). But this group of loyal audience members goes above and beyond live tweeting on social media. They actually come together every year to plan a major event called the Hearties Family Reunion.
What, exactly, is that you may ask? According to the website, “It's an amazing behind-the-scenes opportunity for fans to visit the set of Hope Valley, meet the cast & crew, and interact with other Hearties from around the country & globe! It's a one-of-a-kind fan experience!”
Soo, can we still sign up? Absolutely, but here are a few other details you may want to know first.
When is the Hearties Family Reunion?
The fifth reunion will take place October 4-6, 2019. Meaning you won’t have to miss any Hallmark Christmas movies if you want to attend!
Where Is It?
Hearties will gather around the same city the series is filmed, Greater Vancouver, British Columbia in Canada.
Will the cast be there?
Unfortunately, the site says, “We are unable to guarantee that any particular actor will be in attendance.” But don’t be too disappointed. Apparently, “a very high percentage of the cast went above and beyond to attend the first four Hearties Family Reunions.”

Their Instagram further proves the get-together’s star power. It appears Erin Krakow, Pascale Hutton, Kavan Smith, Jack Wagner, Paul Greene, and Lori Loughlin all stopped by in 2018 (though we doubt Lori will join this time around).

There’s only room for 325 fans, so the organizers have an “Opportunity Drawing” which helps them choose attendees. If you're selected, the registration fee is $325/person and includes admission to each day’s lineup, bus transportation to the set tour, and meals on certain days. Plus, a Hearties swag bag which we think we need ASAP.
