Calling All Indoor Cycle Enthusiasts! Costco Has A Few Affordable Peloton Alternatives
Since we’re living in the golden age of indoor at-home fitness (whether we want to or not!), finding the exercise equipment that works for your workout taste and budget is probably on your radar. If you haven’t already invested in a Peloton (or a relevant dupe), a trendy desk bike (hi, that’s me) or something similar, you might still be in the market for your perfect match.
Enter: Costco! In addition to bulk condoms, snacks and anything else you might be thinking of, the retailer also has its fair share of elite, smart exercise equipment (none of which come anywhere near the $1,895 price tag of a Peloton.)
One example? The ProForm 505 SPX Indoor Cycle — available at Costco for $399 and also available at Walmart.
While it doesn’t have so many of the bells and whistles of an extremely expensive smart bike, this one does feature an LCD display, a belt drive system for quiet riding, an adjustment knob (with natural wool felt resistance system) and adjustable, non-slip and multi-position handlebars.
