The actress, 32, just dropped another photo this weekend where she is baring her seriously ripped abs and toned legs in a string bikini.
Brie does a lot of different types of strength training in the gym, and she often posts her fitness gains on social media for her friends and fans to follow along.
Brie Larson has had some totally epic Instagram bikini moments this summer, and she's certainly not slowing down in August. This weekend, she showed up to drop another strong photo for all her fans.
The 32-year-old Captain Marvel star shared two pics of herself in a little string bikini and cut-out tank top that’s all kinds of impressive. In the photos, Brie can be seen looking off into the distance while flashing her seriously strong abs and toned legs, before breaking into a happy dance.
“What am I dancing to? Wrong answers only,” she joked in the caption. People were all over it in the comments. “OKAY BRIE SLAYYYY,” one person wrote. “Stunning 🔥❤️,” said another.
Brie has been all about the abs-baring bikinis this summer, showing us that she works hard for her washboard core. There was this one:
And, of course, this one:
But it's not just about the bikinis, Brie also shares a lot about her fitness routines, and all the work she puts in to get super strong. She dropped pics back in June of herself doing some intense-looking sled pushes, for starters:
And then there was this video of herself doing side bends while holding a kettlebell in the air like a total boss.
Brie has also kept fans in the loop when she’s achieved personal workout goals, like the time she celebrated acing one-armed pull-ups, as she should.
She's even shared some more unique fitness moments, like the time she went to a pole dancing workout class, and several outdoor at-home sweat seshes.
Naturally, in order to train at her best, Brie eats well to support her strength gains. Her nutritionist, Dr. Philip Goglia, told People that Brie starts her day with a teaspoon of almond butter and all-fruit jam or preserves before heading to the gym.
“The most recent science has shown that a little bit of fat and a little bit of simple sugar will actually increase intensity rate while you train early in the morning,” he said. Meaning, having a quickie almond version of a PB&J helps her go harder at the gym.
After she works out, Brie will reach for eggs and protein shakes and she likes to snack on fruit between meals. For lunch, she’ll nosh on lean meats like chicken with veggies, with two more "bridge meals" before dinner.
Pass the almond butter. YGG, Brie!
