Cajun Popcorn: The Ultimate Beach Snack

It’s time to take popcorn out of the shady confines of the movie theater, folks. Popcorn deserves a day in the sun. No, wait—popcorn deserves a day at the beach.

Popcorn might be the perfect beachside snack. It requires no silverware. Your hands, already salty from the surf (and hopefully sand-free) only enhance each popped kernel’s flavor as it travels from bag to mouth. In lieu of a masterful boardwalk popcorn vendor, you should whip up a batch of your own.

Regardless of whether there’s a Louisiana beach within spitting distance, Cajun-spiced popcorn will satisfy. And quarter cup of melted butter rounds out the flavors… as only butter can.
