You Can Buy Bread For Panera Bread Bowls At The Grocery Store Now, So Break Out The Mac & Cheese

Although many chain restaurants have been showing off a look behind the curtain by publishing their famous recipes, there are some foods that just don't taste the same when you make them on your own. Take Panera's bread bowls, for example. They are difficult to recreate at home! Until now, that is, because Panera is selling the bread for their bread bowls in grocery stores.

Panera already sold their brand of sliced bread at some supermarkets, but now there are a few more of their restaurant staples available. At food account @Foodwiththebeast's local Shop Rite, there was an entire Panera bread display that included ciabatta rolls, rustic multi-grain bread, French baguettes, and of course, the sourdough bread used for their bread bowls.

This is a huge development because it means you can buy the Panera soups and mac & cheeses (or make your own version!) and plate them in a bread bowl just like they do at the restaurant. All you have to do is make your own, soup-sized hole in it. There's no chain restaurant comfort food quite like it, and the way the bread gets softened by whatever you serve in it makes it the perfect filling meal.

You could go fully on-theme if you're really missing eating out at Panera and add a fruity green tea and apple on the side. We won't judge! Although it's hot out, nothing hits the spot quite like soup does when you're craving it, so having the option to serve it in a Panera-approved bread bowl is a total game changer. Don't take my word for it, though, and be sure check your bread aisle for these Panera products!
