BTS has sold over 3 million copies of their new album - and it’s not even out yet

BTS have hit the jackpot with their latest album Map Of The Soul: 7, which has sold over three million pre-order copies in under one week.

The boy band from South Korea are set to release their latest compilation in a month’s time - on February 21- but fans can’t wait that long and have already pre-ordered the track in advance.

From January 9 to 15, the K-Pop group sold 3.42 million copies in pre-orders alone.

This is a record-breaking achievement for the Boy With Luv hitmakers.

South Korean music distributor and entertainment company, Dreamus Company, has revealed BTS broke their own record with their latest music, as reported on Soompi.

They’ve sold more copies of Map Of The Soul: 7 than their mini LP Map Of The Soul: Persona, which was released last year.

Not only is their upcoming release hugely popular but, it has also remained at Number 1 on Amazon’s Realtime CD and Vinyl Best Sellers chart for the eight day in a row.

Music fans are able to pre-order the record on Amazon for £29.99.

The listing states the purchase will not only contain the CD, but also a limited edition poster, photo book, lyric book, mini book as well as colouring paper and a photo card postcard sticker pack.
