BTS’s Jimin’s Little Blonde Ponytail Is Going Viral
The BTS members have proven time and time again that they can rock pretty much any hairstyle possible and still make us swoon — and Jimin's latest hairdo is the perfect proof.
On October 9, some pictures and videos of the "Promise" singer sporting a mini ponytail started populating on Twitter, making ARMYs swoon collectively worldwide. The clips in question are part of the Japanese version of the group's BTS World Tour: Love Yourself DVD, which launched that same day.
"Jimin with a ponytail ladies and gentlemen we got him," a fan account commented sharing a teaser of the clip on Twitter. "OMG JIMIN STANS ARE WE ALIVE???" another account added.
Amid BTS’s touring madness, for a few seconds, we get to see then blonde-haired Jimin chilling backstage as he proceeds to tie his hair up into an adorably tiny pony and then pull it back for a more slick look — in turn, sending ARMYs into an understandable frenzy.
"HOLY FCKING SHT ARE WE SEEING THIS CORRECTLY?!?!?! JIMIN WITH A PONY TAIL ?!?!?!? WHAT THE ACTUAL LOVING F*CK," an ARMY pointed out resharing the full clip. "Guys.. keep me in your prayers... nothing’s wrong, i’m just tweeting from my grave after seeing jimin in a pony tail," a fan commented after seeing the first few pics emerge on their timeline.
“Seeing Jimin with a pony has got me smiling from ear to ear,” someone else noted. "I’m never getting over jimin with a pony tail. ever. this’ll be the only thing i tweet about for years. i’ve had dreams about this and it came true,” another fan added.
Though Jimin is no stranger to experimenting with his hair — in the past he’s rocked multiple enviable hair colors, from his iconic pink in “Boy With Luv” to an understated icy blue — it’s safe to say Jimin’s unexpected hair choice caught ARMYs by surprise, in the best way possible. Turns out no bleach or dye are required for him to stun us — a simple hair tie is just as effective.
