Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow and Cleveland Browns defensive end Myles Garrett might not see eye to eye on a lot of things, but they had very similar assessments of Browns quarterback Baker Mayfield's NFL future.

"That's a tough situation (for Baker Mayfield)," Burrow said last month on the Full Send Podcast. "You know he was hurt all last year. And you know, every time we play them, he balls. ... I haven't beat the Browns yet. He beat us both times this year. I guess I didn't play the second game because we had it all locked up. But the first one, he balled. I think when you have a guy like Deshaun (Watson), you've gotta take a chance at that because he's such a great player. But Baker will land on his feet - he's a really good player."

Cleveland Browns All-Pro defensive end Myles Garrett said Wednesday that former Browns starting quarterback Baker Mayfield is going to "land on his feet" in the wake of Cleveland's trade for its new quarterback, Deshaun Watson.

"People come and go, and this is one of those changes," Garrett said of Mayfield, who has not attended Cleveland's OTAs so far. "I hope the best for him. I hope he moves on and he does well for himself. ... He's played well when he's healthy. When he's healthy, he can do some pretty good things for a team. Just has to find his niche again. I think he has to prove himself, has to get healthy."

During the podcast, Burrow spoke about a number of topics, including trash talk from defensive players - particularly the Baltimore Ravens - and sacks as an "overblown stat."

The Bengals learned in May that one of their two scheduled "Monday Night Football" games this season will be against the Browns in Cleveland on Oct. 31.

Earlier in May, the Bengals' DJ Reader said the Browns "got a lot better" by adding Watson - his former Houston Texans teammate.
