Brooklyn Beckham Announces Engagement to Nicola Peltz: ‘I Promise to Be the Best Daddy One Day’
Brooklyn Beckham and Nicola Peltz are giving the world a reason to swoon today thanks to their adorable engagement announcement.
On Saturday, both Beckham, 21, and Peltz, 25, took to Instagram to share the good news about their engagement. “Two weeks ago I asked my soulmate to marry me and she said yes," the eldest son of Victoria and David Beckham wrote on July 11. "I am the luckiest man in the world. I promise to be the best husband and the best daddy one day. I love you baby.”
In the photo, the absolutely stunning pair can be seen embracing in a field, with Beckham sporting a dapper navy blue suit and Peltz rocking a flowing yellow dress, her diamond engagement ring sparkling in the sun.
For her post, Peltz shared the same image, while also revealing that their engagement photographer was none other than Beckham's youngest sibling, Harper.
"You’ve made me the luckiest girl in the world," Peltz wrote. “I can’t wait to spend the rest of my life by your side. your love is the most precious gift. I love you so so much baby and thank you Harper for this pic.”
Beckham's famous mother also got in on the lovefest, sharing the same image to her own Instagram page. “The MOST exciting news!! We could not be happier that @brooklynbeckham and @nicolaannepeltz are getting married,” Victoria wrote in her caption. “Wishing you so much love and a lifetime of happiness. We all love you both so much.”
Though the pair have never confirmed when they actually started dating, they did go public with their love back in January 2020 on social media, People noted. Beckham first posted about Peltz while celebrating her 25th birthday in style.
“Happy birthday babe xx,” Brooklyn Beckham wrote in the post. “You have such an amazing heart xx.”
It's been a lovefest on social media between the two ever since. Congratulations to the happy couple!
