Brooke Shields has looked incredible for decades and, in a new Instagram photo, the 55-year-old model looks ridiculously fit.

"Working on something special with my friend @helenachristensen šŸ¤ You are incredible. Stay tuned - exciting things to share soon," she wrote in the caption, hinting at a new project with professional photographer Helena Christensen. In the photo, Brooke lounges on the beach in bright yellow one-piece swimsuit. Sheā€™s tossing her hair, as one does, and her legs looks super long and strong. As for the rest of her bod? Yeah, that's pretty darn toned, too.

People definitely noticed her fit physique in the comments. "Are you real?" one fan wrote. "You look incredible ā¤ļø," another said.

Brooke has been working really hard on her body lately, and sheā€™s even shared weekly workouts with her trainer, Ngo Okafor, on Instagram that target different areas of your body. FYI: Brooke is big on working each one of her muscles separately.

"I started working on little individual muscles, and sort of shaping the muscles that don't really get attention," she said on Today in 2018, noting that she first got into this after having surgery on her knee.

"You don't have to deadlift 100 pounds. You can do small, teeny movements to activate these little muscles that actually wrap around other bigger muscles, and they tighten them all in," she said. "It was a revelation to work with a personal trainer and it not be a crazy painful thing."

But back to her Insta workoutsā€¦if you havenā€™t checked them out before, you definitely should. In each video, Okafor walks Brooke through different exercises. Itā€™s basically like getting celebrity-level personal trainingā€”for free.
