Happy birthday, Britney Spears!
The Princess of Pop posted a late-night pre-birthday Instagram video twirling around in bikini bottoms and a crop top, and she was looking seriously strong.
Britney works up a sweat with all her dancing, but she also likes to work out with her husband, personal trainer Sam Asghari.
The Princess of Pop is clearly getting ready to do some big celebrating because Britney Spears just dropped another epic dance video on Instagram. Yep, this Sagittarius queen turns 41 on Dec. 2, the day after she put her post up, and she's already ringing in her new year with some of her iconic moves.
If there is one thing Britney loves, it’s breaking it down in her living room. And she treated followers to a video of her doing just that while listening to "Feeling Myself" by Beyoncé featuring Nicki Minaj. Brit looks so happy as she twirls around in pink bottoms, a flowy white cropped top, and knee-high white cowboy boots, all of which put her toned abs and strong legs on display.
“Diff edit ✍🏻✍🏻✍🏻 !!! Feeling myself and with my hair up messy !!! Nasty I like it 😝😝😝 !!! Feeling myself 😘😘😘 !!! Psss I be feeling my white shirt😒😒😒🙈🙈🙈 !!!" she captioned the cute video.
It has been a little over a year since Britney’s 13-year conservatorship ended, and she's done a lot in that time, including releasing a song with Elton John and marrying her boyfriend of several years, Sam Asghari, in June. So, it makes sense the pop icon is looking so strong and confident.
Britney's also embracing her newly freed life by posting lots of fun (and unclothed) photos and videos on IG. She has previously said that this makes her feel empowered and often talks about "feeling herself" when she posts the dance videos.
If you're wondering what Britney does to work on her fitness, you're not alone. She's often shared content on IG, showing off her workouts, and they often include various activities like treadmill work, weights, and more. Plus, being married to a personal trainer definitely helps. Britney has shared some of their couples workouts on Instagram, and it looks like there's a whole lot of core work going on.
She's also big on dancing around in her living room (see post for proof!), which can be a great cardio workout that works up quite a sweat and gets your heart rate up. Dance can have both physical and mental health benefits, such as providing full-body sculpting and an endorphin boost to improve your mood.
And while Britney hasn't shared a ton about her regular diet, she definitely has a sweet tooth, posting various photos of yummy desserts like this rainbow cake on her feed.
Happy birthday, Britney!
