Britney Spears' Boyfriend Shares PDA-Filled Video of the Couple Amid Her Wellness Treatment

In the midst of her wellness treatment, Britney Spears‘ boyfriend Sam Asghari adorably paid tribute to the 37-year-old singer with a collection of sweet clips of the couple on Instagram Saturday.

Captioning the post with the hashtag “#internationalkissingday,” Asghari also included three red heart emojis.

In the first clip, the pair giggle while using a colorful filter. The next video shows Asghari shirtless and doing sit-ups, kissing Spears every time he completes a move. In the third footage, Spears is dressed in a black dress as she twirls into her love. Another clip shows the couple using a mouse ears filter as the singer gives her boyfriend a sweet kiss on the cheek.

Spears and Asghari were first romantically linked after meeting on the set of Spears’ “Slumber Party” music video in 2016.

The cute pair have been inseparable since, going on cozy date night dinners, attending friends’ birthday parties and celebrating special occasions together — including Spears’ birthday and Valentine’s Day. The couple even fueled engagement rumors after Spears was spotted vacationing on a Hawaiian beach with a sparkly diamond ring on that finger.

After news of the singer’s decision to seek treatment earlier this month, Asghari shared his support on social media.

“Fall in love with taking care of yourself. Mind. Body. Spirit,” read the panel of text in his post, which was regrammed from Spears’ account.

“It isn’t weakness, It’s a sign of absolute strength, people should only be inspired by this, at least I am,” Asghari wrote.

Spears’ ex-husband Kevin Federline, whom she shares sons Sean Preston, 13, and Jayden James, 12, with, has also commended her decision.

“Kevin commends Britney for recognizing that she needs to take a step back and that she is taking reasonable steps to dealing with her situation in a responsible way,” Federline’s attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan told Entertainment Tonight. “He wishes everyone well.”

Earlier this month, a source told PEOPLE exclusively that the singer checked into a facility for an “all-encompassing wellness treatment.”

According to another insider close to the family, “Britney just needed to focus on herself” as she cares for her father Jamie after his “life-threatening” colon rupture.

While gearing up for a return to the Las Vegas strip with her show Domination after taking wildly successful Vegas show Britney: Piece of Me on tour over the summer, Spears announced that she was taking an indefinite break from work in January to support her father.

“Her dad being sick has taken a toll on her,” the source close to the family told PEOPLE. “He nearly died and actually had another surgery a few weeks ago. He’s not doing well. They’re so close and it has been a lot. There is nothing dramatic going on with her — she just realized she needs to make sure to take time to care for herself.”
