Brie Larson Is A Total Core Queen In A Crop Top In New IG Photos

  • Brie Larson is getting into a new kind of workout for a role in an upcoming Apple TV+ series.

  • The actress, 32, posted an Instagram from inside a locker room wearing a cute, cropped, workout top and leggings, and the whole outfit highlighted her rock-solid abs.

  • Brie works hard on getting super strong, and she posts lots of her workouts on her Instagram page for people to follow along.

Brie Larson is basically Captain Marvel IRL but, ya know, she’s also in other things. Her latest role is playing Elizabeth Zott, a chemist with a cooking show, in the new Apple TV+ series, Lessons in Chemistry, and apparently it is inspiring her new workout routine, too.

Brie just dropped a few Instagram pics of herself in a rowing locker room alongside the caption, “If Elizabeth Zott rows, then I row.” In the pics, the 32-year-old actress can be seen flashing the peace sign along with some jaw-dropping abs while leaning against a set of lockers.

People were all about it in the comments. “Wow!!!! You're very powerful girl!!!❤️❤️😍😍” one person wrote. “Go for it, girl!” said another. I'm certainly over here cheering her on, too.

Back in April, Brie dropped video of herself rowing and sweetly asked the Internet for tips on form:

Rowing, in case you’re not familiar with it, is typically a team sport that involves racing other people while rowing a boat with oars. The sport works your quads, glutes, core, arms…pretty much everything, which is part of the reason why so many people have gotten into stationary rowing machines.

But rowing isn’t all Brie does for fitness. She regularly drops pics and videos on Instagram to show people that she might actually be a superhero (or at least have superhuman strength). Take a scroll through her page and you’ll see her casually own things like weighted squats, kettleball squats, and planks with weights on her back.


She’s also known for doing push-ups with frigging chains around her waist, as shown here:

Brie is so into fitness, she’ll just random pick up something like a pole dancing class and completely crush it. Because, after all, this is Brie Larson.

Brie eats a specific diet to fuel those workouts. Her nutritionist, Dr. Philip Goglia, told People that his famous client will start her mornings with a teaspoon of almond butter and all-fruit jam or preserves before she works up a sweat. “The most recent science has shown that a little bit of fat and a little bit of simple sugar will actually increase intensity rate while you train early in the morning,” he explained.

Brie’s big on packing protein into her meals in the form of eggs, protein shakes, and lean meats like chicken, along with veggies. She also has “bridge meals” and small portions of fruit as snacks.
