Bridgerton's Phoebe Dynevor looks *identical* to Ariana Grande in this high-ponytail selfie
Through our collective Bridgerton binging, I feel we all got accustomed to seeing star Phoebe Dynevor, who played Daphne, looking a particular way. That 'way' just to confirm, is a regency-chic look with slightly regrettable fringe-wisps. (...What? We're agreed the fringe wisps were annoying, no?)
Anyway, that possibly explains why we're all suddenly whipped up into a frenzy these days when Phoebes does something a little different with her look. Like that time she got a gorgeously fiery blow-dry for the BAFTAs. Or the curtain-fringe she chopped in last month.
Anyway, she appeared on Jimmy Fallon's The Tonight Show last night, and for the occasion she changed up the aesthetic once again, this time opting for an Ariana Grande-esque half high-pony. It's all there: the side-part, the glossy tightness at the scalp, the hidden bobble and the blow-dried lengths.
Ariana still sports the iconic look herself - she even wore it for her wedding to Dalton Gomez (after experimenting with a beehive and glossy pigtails last year).
Phoebe's also not the first person to take inspo from Ari - everyone from Millie Bobby Brown to Katy Perry has tried the style. It's a super popular look for adding drama to makeup, because the tautness of the style pulls the brows upwards and creates a gorgeous frame for liner flicks.
Phoebe paired the look with a super pretty peachy makeup look, along with eyeliner flicks and a super cool cuff earring. All in all, the whole vibe is a total triumph.
She looks absolutely incredible.
