Bridgerton Star Regé-Jean Page Addresses Those Phoebe Dynevor Dating Rumors

Your Grace may still be on the market.

Netflix's hit period drama Bridgerton has been all anybody can talk about for the last month.

Lady Whistledown (voiced by the incomparable Julia Andrews) would no doubt be writing about the response to the show and especially the Regé-Jean Page and Phoebe Dynevor dating rumors that have been swirling.

Well, luckily for us we don't have to wait for a fictional gossip column because Page and Dynevor addressed it themselves.

"I think everything you need to know is on camera," Page chuckled during an interview with Access. "That's why we presented it so beautifully for you."

He added "All the sparks that flew off of the beautiful scripts that we were handed, and so I think that the sparky scripted material are more than enough."

So while his response seems to give fans the answer they were looking for , Access hosts point out that the two are blushing and jokingly suggests that despite the interview's split-screen, they're in the same room.

"We're playing footsie under here," Page joked.

Dynevor also addressed her excitement for the series during the interview saying she was drawn to the project when she learned it was a Shondaland production.

"I knew that the women were gonna have real agency," she said. "They were not gonna be, you know, timid women... so that was the thing that really excited me."

While some fans may be disappointed to hear that there is most likely nothing going on between the costars, it does mean that the dashing Duke of Hastings may still be single. Finally some good news.

Netflix has yet to confirm a second season, but Production Weekly reports a project titled "Bridgerton 02" that will start filming in England this March. So here's to hoping more sparks fly between the two on screen—but most likely just on the screen for now.
