To kick off the celebrations on Thursday, we hosted all of our guests on the beach for a welcome party. We served a traditional Jamaican feast complete with jerk chicken, rice and peas, fried festival dumplings, and fresh rum in coconuts.

For our beach party on Friday, I wore an iconic Chanel set from 1995.

Friends enjoying the sand and sun on Friday. It was surreal to celebrate with all of our nearest and dearest in Jamaica.

I wore my Chanel sequin bra top as a bikini. I definitely lost some sequins in the sand along the way, but it was worth it.

With my handsome husband before our rehearsal dinner. I wore a vintage pink Chanel haute couture ensemble from 1999 that I purchased from Lily et Cie.

Matthew paired a pink pocket square with his custom Ralph Lauren suit so that we could match. Happy wife, happy life.

Matthew Vaughn delivered one of many touching toasts on Friday night honoring my late brother Harry, who was best man at his own wedding.

Bob Marley’s son, Ky-Mani, performing at Friday’s after-party. We love reggae music so it was important that we give our guests a real sense of it throughout the weekend—and who better to deliver this than a Marley himself. He killed it.

For the after-party on Friday, Laura Basci created a custom mini set for me inspired by my Chanel couture ensemble.

The morning of the wedding, Jackie Park prepped my skin with a much-needed lymphatic facial. Mark Townsend and Carly Fisher did my hair and makeup and were the ultimate dream team to work with. Getting ready with them was the perfect pre-game—we sipped on rosé and blasted 80s music.

I was able to catch a glimpse of the ceremony set up from the balcony of our bedroom and could hear our Motown playlist as guests began to take their seats. No better wedding prep than a little Marvin Gaye.

Almost newlyweds. Fun fact: I am actually wearing my Crocs in this photo and didn’t put my Chanel heels on until just before the ceremony.

Matthew and I shared an intimate first look before going down to the ceremony together. I was so excited for him to finally see me in my dress! I’ll never forget his face when he first saw me.

We spent a lot of time determining the direction of my veil. Ultimately, I decided my wedding dress would not have a train, so I took that opportunity to create a bit of drama with the veil. It was embroidered with camellias, and in an homage to my late mother and brother, Chanel created two hand-embroidered butterflies each with their initials in blue to be placed on my shoulders. It felt like they were floating behind me as I walked down the aisle.

Walking down the steps to meet my brother, Matthew Morton, and my father, Peter Morton. The most surreal moment.

My brother and my father escorted me down the aisle to a strings rendition of “Moon River.” I was overwhelmed with emotion and just couldn’t stop smiling.

This magic moment. Seeing all of my friends’ and family’s faces felt like one massive, warm embrace. I’ll forever cherish that feeling.

We used an assortment of local fruits from the island to adorn our escort card table. It was important that every visual element emphasize the natural beauty of Jamaica.

Our gorgeous tablescapes. I wanted everything to feel abundantly tropical with colorful prints and candles.

Making a virtue out of a necessity. We had to have tents just in case of weather, but Mimi and Bronson van Wyck laid them out in such a way that they created the ultimate indoor/outdoor vibe, and no one ever felt closed in.

This may have been the only time Matthew and I actually sat down during the entire night.
