A Very Brady Renovation may have come to an end, but that doesn’t mean The Brady Bunch kids are going anywhere. The limited TV series is set to return in December for A Very Brady Renovation: Holiday Edition, and it looks like Maureen McCormick (aka Marcia Brady) has been working overtime alongside another HGTV host. The 63-year-old actress will join Windy City Rehab star Alison Victoria to co-host the annual holiday special, White House Christmas 2019.
When will HGTV’s White House Christmas 2019 air?
White House Christmas 2019 airs on HGTV on Sunday, December 15 at 5pm/4pm central. "Mark your calendars and set those DVR’s," Victoria noted on Twitter.
What is HGTV’s White House Christmas 2019 about?
HGTV’s White House Christmas 2019 will follow McCormick and Victoria as they take an exclusive room-by-room tour of America’s First Residence and its holiday transformation.
Since 2013, HGTV has given viewers behind-the-scenes access and a close-up look at the White House’s decorations (think thousands of ornaments and dozens of stunning Christmas trees!). In the past, the one-hour special was hosted by interior designer and Trading Spaces alum Genevieve Gorder, and this will be Victoria’s third year hosting HGTV’s White House Christmas.
“Hosting White House Christmas for the past two years has been a highlight for me, and now it will be even more amazing with Maureen,” Victoria said in a press release. “The sights and sounds of the White House during the holidays are unlike anything you’ve ever seen, and I love that together we’ll get to share it with HGTV viewers.”
“The White House is the most spectacular home during the holidays,” McCormick added. “Christmas is my favorite time of year so it’s a dream to co-host this HGTV special with Alison. I can’t wait to get a behind-the-scenes look at the massive effort to string the lights, trim the trees and bring holiday cheer to our nation’s capital.”
