TikTok hates this boyfriend's proposal prank: 'Great way to end a relationship'

This boyfriend’s prank proposal did not win over the hearts of anyone on TikTok.

What is inflation and what causes it?

TikToker @alexandrovitch90 posts tons of content where he gets one over on his girlfriend. But many felt the boyfriend crossed a line when he set up what looked like a fake proposal.

Watch this Brooklyn bedroom go from drab to fabulous in one day:

The video started with his girlfriend coming home to rose petals and pink balloons on the living room floor. She looked surprised and excited.

Handing her a bouquet of red roses, he told her to close her eyes and escorted her to the kitchen. But when he told her to open them, there was no romantic surprise. It was a messy counter full of dirty dishes and trash. She tossed the flowers at her boyfriend and walked away as he laughed hysterically.

The video received only 2.1 million likes compared to its whopping 48 million views.

“I would have broke up with him instantly,” someone commented.

“I know I’m supposed to find this funny but I just feel so much pain watching this. I feel so bad for her,” a person wrote.

“Just a quick note I’ve been married for 30 years and would never treat my wife like that even as a joke. Guess that’s why we’re still together,” a user added.

“With all that effort he put into tricking her. He could have just washed the dang dishes,” a TikToker replied.

“That’s a great way to end a relationship without much explanation,” someone said.
