1. Tabatha Floyd
Tullahoma native Tabatha Floyd has been to every single Bonnaroo. Her skirt on race day was made of flags from each festival topped with a homemade shirt with all the years represented and even a few raindrops to signify last year’s weather-related cancellation. She topped it off with beautiful, flowy butterfly wings.
While 2022 was her 19th Bonnaroo, it was her first Roo Run, which she saw as a celebration for a 150-pound weight loss journey.
It was Bonnaroo that inspired Floyd to lose weight in the first place.
“Honestly, in 2018 it was so hard for me to get up and down while I was here, so by the end of the festival I was like ‘I am done with this. I am changing’ and here I am 150 pounds lighter. I am still at Bonnaroo and I am going to fat girl this run!”
Floyd finished the race in the blazing sun and 80-degree heat and crossed the finish line with a well-earned smile on her face
