Body-Peace Resolution Challenge #30: Foam Roll Your Day Away

The Challenge: Roll away tension and knots by placing a foam roller perpendicular to your body and under your middle back. Then, bend your knees, place your feet hip width apart, and lift your hips up. Roll up and down your mid back.

The Benefit: This will help you feel the “weight of the world” melt away from your shoulders and upper back. You’ll not only stand taller, but your body will feel calmer.
