Aubrey Saget Revealed The Final Text Her Dad Sent Her Before His Sudden Death

Bob Saget's eldest daughter, Aubrey, is sharing one of the last text messages she received from her father.
Yesterday, news broke that the acclaimed comedian, TV host, and actor died suddenly at the age of 65. He was best known for portraying the beloved Full House patriarch Danny Tanner from 1987 to 1995.
People and the Orange County Sheriff's Office confirmed the news after TMZ's initial reporting. "Earlier today, deputies were called to the Ritz-Carlton Orlando, Grande Lakes for a call about an unresponsive man in a hotel room," the sheriff's office wrote on Twitter. "The man was identified as Robert Saget & pronounced deceased on scene. Detectives found no signs of foul play or drug use in this case."
In an Instagram story posted to her private account, Aubrey shared a screenshot of a sweet message her dad sent her ahead of his stand-up performance.
Saget shared his daughters — 34-year-old Aubrey, 32-year-old Lara, and 29-year-old Jennifer — with ex-wife Sherri Kramer.
"Thank u. Love u. Showtime!" the text read, per US Weekly. At the time, Saget was in the midst of his I Don't Do Negative stand-up tour. His last stop was in Jacksonville, Florida, and he had a series of shows scheduled through spring.
"Loved tonight's show," he tweeted alongside a selfie on Saturday. He thanked the "appreciative audience," saying he was "happily addicted again to this shit."

In a statement shared with the media, Saget's family wrote, "We are devastated to confirm that our beloved Bob passed away today. He was everything to us and we want you to know how much he loved his fans, performing live, and bringing people from all walks of life together with laughter. Though we ask for privacy at this time, we invite you to join us in remembering the love and laughter that Bob brought to the world."
A flurry of celebrities paid tribute to and mourned the loss Sunday night, including How I Met Your Mother costar Josh Radnor, fellow TV host Andy Cohen, and Fuller House actor John Stamos.
This morning, Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen — who began their acting careers on Full House — also shared a statement about their onscreen dad. "Bob was the most loving, compassionate, and generous man," the statement, obtained by People, read. "We are deeply saddened that he is no longer with us but know that he will continue to be by our side to guide us as gracefully as he always has."
