Blue Jays' Sanchez reveals one thing people don't know about him

Aaron Sanchez is a first-round pick and an MLB All-Star, but there is a lot more to the right-hander than what you see on the field.

While “Catching Up” with J.P. Arencibia, the starting pitcher revealed that he is a big fan of HGTV and one other thing people don’t know about.

“If there is one thing that I could say that’s hard for me that nobody ever gets to see is dealing with fans,” the Blue Jays’ starter stated. “People don’t really realize that you’re on a time schedule too, right? … We have a demanding schedule, and it is no disrespect. I feel there is a time and place for things.”

The 26-year old also chatted with Arencibia about his experiences being a new father and a major leaguer, his idols growing up and his friendship with Ricky Romero.

Sanchez is scheduled to return to the mound on Saturday against the Phillies for the first time since hitting the disabled list June 23 with a finger contusion.
