Blake Shelton's new "Happy Anywhere" music video with Gwen Stefani gives fans an intimate peek into their romance.
In a sweet new interview, the country star called his girlfriend of nearly five years "the most kind-hearted person" he's ever met and talks about their life at home.
The power couple just released their latest duet, "Happy Anywhere," on Friday, and the new video offers an intimate peek at their everyday life as they quarantine together on the country star's Oklahoma ranch.
"There was a camera shooting the things we do every day," Blake tells People magazine in a new interview. "We make biscuits, fish, sing together, spend time with family ... just a day in life!"
"The simple pleasure of being together in one place for an extended period of time has been a real gift," the country star adds. "We cook, we clean, we ride four-wheelers and we just enjoy being with each other and with family."
Talk about a sweet escape! It sounds like Blake and Gwen are living in total domestic bliss and we can't wait to see those special moments documented in their "Happy Anywhere" music video.
The romantic new song marks the couple's fourth time collaborating together. Their last duet, "Nobody But You", was a huge hit with fans and reached No. 1 on the Billboard Country Airplay chart in April.
"'Nobody But You' was a big song for us, but we actually recorded 'Happy Anywhere' before that. We were waiting for the right time to release it, and I knew that time was now," Blake says. "We're all still socially distancing, so there's no better time to be happy anywhere with the person or people you love. It doesn't matter where in the world you are — as long as you're with them, you're happy."
Blake has definitely found that person in Gwen!
"An Okie boy and a California girl look on paper like an unlikely match, but what matters is she's a great human being," Blake gushes. "She is the most understanding, kind-hearted person I've ever met and I learn something from her every day."
