On Wednesday night, Blake Lively made her first red carpet appearance since welcoming her second child at L’Oréal Paris’s Women of Worth celebration. Instead of throwing her postbaby body in our faces, she went with a loose look that made it clear enough that she’s happy with her figure, but didn’t make any extreme baby weight loss the focus.

The tuxedo-style black dress featured a plunging neckline, long sheer sleeves, and pockets, because every mom needs those. The frock was ankle-length.

She wore her envied blond hair down and straight and opted for a nude lip and natural makeup. Strappy nude sandals and a dark mani-pedi drove the understated look home.

Other big names at the event took the opposite route. For example, Karlie Kloss wore a spotlight-stealing mermaid-style Michael Kors Collection gold sequined, deep V-neck gown.

Eva Longoria also went with sparkles but in a totally different way. The actress wore a Noon by Noor spring 2017 embroidered black jumpsuit. The strapless number featured a bedazzled ruffled flap in the front, which extended in the back as a train. To show just how different their looks were, the two posed together on the red carpet, the model towering over Longoria. It turned out to be a hilarious photo, which Longoria then posted on Instagram. “‘Hey Karlie, can you hear me down here? It’s me, Eva!’ #SmallPeopleProblems,” she wrote.

Kloss wore her hair down and wavy, while Longoria opted for a slicked-back low ponytail.

Diane Keaton was also in attendance — in her signature hat, a long white shirtdress, and lace-up heeled booties — as well as Andie MacDowell, Tamron Hall, and Arianna Huffington.
