Blake Lively Rocked A Cute Spring Look As She Returned To The Red Carpet After Welcoming Baby No. 4

Blake Lively has officially returned to the red carpet!

More than two months after welcoming baby No. 4 with her husband, Ryan Reynolds, Blake returned to the red carpet on Monday for Barnard College’s Annual Gala in NYC.

There to present an award to director Shawn Levy, Blake looked gorgeous in a white Carolina Herrera dress with floral designs and off-the-shoulder straps. She paired it with a sheer, hot pink coat and Manolo Blahnik heels, with her hair curled and pulled back into a pony.

"this is my new family now @serenalevy @slevydirect @sophie_levy," Blake joked on Instagram. "Congratulations on all you’ve done for @barnardcollege. I loved celebrating you but I mostly loved having [an] excuse to wear neon and heels."

As Entertainment Tonight notes, Blake also shared more photos of the look on her Instagram story.

"If I keep taking photos in these clothes it will no longer be an outfit but an actual Transformer," she wrote over one photo. "I'm just so proud I left the house."

The outing marks one of Blake's first since she welcomed her and Ryan's fourth child in February. While the name and gender of their baby is still unclear, Ryan did say that life for them since then has been "fantastic."
