  • Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds mailed in their election ballots this week.

  • They celebrated by taking a picture that involved some clever drawn-on shoes.

We're getting closer and closer to the 2020 election, which means it's crucial for everyone to send in their ballots ASAP to ensure they arrive on time and get counted. Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds are the latest celebs to share that they voted by mail, and Blake celebrated with a hilarious edited photo that added a little bit of joy to this otherwise stressful time.

Yesterday, Blake and Ryan posted slightly different pics of them smiling and posing with their ballots. This was Ryan's first time voting in America, so naturally, both their captions were filled with wink-wink, nudge-nudge innuendos. Ryan wrote, "It was super scary at first, then exciting and now I’m a little tired. But proud" as Blake joked that he "wept." But fans who follow both actors noticed there was one major difference in their pictures.

If you look down at Blake's feet in Ryan's picture, you'll notice she was barefoot. But in the pic she posted, she appeared to be wearing some strappy brown heeled sandals, which she tagged as being from Christian Louboutin.

Upon closer inspection, it's extremely clear that Blake did some editing magic.

When you zoom in, it gets even funnier:

Soon after, Ryan posted his own edited photo and drew mitten-looking shoes onto Blake's feet, which she reposted on her Stories. After joking that she didn't understand why people laughed, Blake posted, "@louboutinworld are you hiring? Barefoot iPhone doodler with vast experience avail. Impressive résumé upon request."

I know Blake said these were made with an iPhone, but this chic squiggly design is definitely giving Microsoft Paint vibes, no?

In her final statement on the matter, Blake admitted, "Can you tell I was so happy to get outta a onesie and vote. Sure it was an absentee drop off ballot with a mask covering my look. But dammit I exercised my right to vote. And to not wear shoes that ruined my outfit." Hey, as long as she voted!!
