  • Blake Lively is pregnant with baby number four!

  • The 35-year-old actress showed off a baby bump in red carpet photos and announced the news in an Instagram photo dump in September.

  • Here's everything to know about the news that Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds are expecting a new baby.

Blake Lively, 35, and Ryan Reynolds, 45, celebrated their tenth anniversary this September, and now it looks like they have even more exciting news. Blake is pregnant again! Yup, Hollywood's fave "It" couple is expecting their fourth child, and Blake confirmed the news on Instagram post.

A couple of days before her post, Blake showed off a very noticeable baby bump on the red carpet.

In photos from the Forbes Power Women's Summit event on Sept. 15, Blake was literally glowing, and her baby bump was on full display in a sparkly minidress. Blake seemed to hint at her possible pregnancy during the summit.

"I just like to create," she said, per E! News. "Whether that's baking or storytelling or businesses or humans, I just really like creating."

With baby number four on the way, there are a lot of questions floating around about Blake's pregnancy, her due date, the baby's name, and the couple's growing family. Allow me to present everything there is to know about Blake and Ryan's newest baby bump:

When did Blake announce the news?

Blake officially announced the news on Sept. 18 in an Instagram post. “Here are photos of me pregnant in real life,” Blake wrote in the caption.

She shared the cutest photos of her smiling while showing off her pregnant belly to prevent the paparazzi camped outside her house from breaking her news. (Peep, Taylor Swift in one of the pics!)

But while the snaps look joyful, Blake reveals that she posted them to undermine the paparazzi: "so the 11 guys waiting outside my home for a 🦄sighting will leave me alone," she wrote. "You freak me and my kids out."

"Thanks to everyone else for all the love and respect and for continuing to unfollow accounts and publications who share photos of children. You have all the power against them. And thank you to the media who have a “No Kids Policy”. You all make all the difference 🙏♥️. Much love! Xxb,” Blake said in her IG caption.

How many kids do they already have?

Blake and Ryan currently have three daughters. The oldest, James, is 7 years old, followed by Inez, 5, and Betty, 3.

And, yes. You probably recognize their names from Taylor Swift's iconic song, "Betty," because the characters in the tune are named after Blake and Ryan's kiddos.

Taylor and Blake have been friends since 2015, and have worked on various projects together, per People. Drawing on Blake's children for inspiration was apparently a testament to their close-knit friendship.

"Obviously, the song has nothing to do with our kids other than our kids’ names," Ryan said on a SiriusXM Town Hall special with Jess Cagle, per Us Weekly. "But I mean, what an honor. We thought it was pretty damn amazing. We still do. You know, I still walk down the street and shake my head thinking, ‘I can’t believe that happened.'"

Some fans think Taylor Swift revealed the baby's name.

Taylor has previously confirmed that she used the names of Blake and Ryan's kids in her music. (You'll remember her song "Betty" and then the mention of "James" and "Inez" in other songs). And now, fans think Taylor just dropped another hint in her song "You're On Your Own Kid."

“I see the great escape, so long, Daisy May / I picked the petals, he loves me not/ Something different bloomed, writing in my room / I play my songs in the parking lot,” Taylor sings. Could it be a hint that the new baby's name is going to be...Daisy May?

Before she released her album, fans noticed that Tay, Blake and Ryan were all dropping similar clues. “With all the flower references I’ve been seeing from Taylor, Blake & Ryan socials are we getting a song with a flower reference or a floral-esque title like ‘petals falling’, ‘daisy’, ‘roots’, or something ???? Idk just spitballing here,” one fan tweeted.

And once the Daisy May reference dropped, people freaked. So, according to some Swifties, Daisy May could very well be an option for Blake and Ryan if their next kid is a girl.

What is Blake’s exercise routine while pregnant?

Celeb trainer Don Saladino, who works with Blake and Ryan, opened up about how Blake is staying active during her pregnancy.

While their regular routines haven’t changed all that much, Saladino noted a couple of small alterations to his typical sessions with the mom-to-be. “We’re removing any jumping, any ballistics [and] we’re really staying away from the cardio,” Saladino told Us Weekly.

“We’re trying to keep things a little bit more stationary,” Saladino added. “We don’t have her laying flat on her back. We’re not putting her legs inverted. So, everything’s really a little bit more upright or on some sort of an incline.”

Blake’s fitness goals have changed with her recent pregnancy news. She wants to make sure she can “have a healthy delivery and be a healthy human being and be the mother that she wants to be for her family,” Saladino told Us.

Keep up the good work, Blake!

What has Blake said about the pregnancy?

So far, Blake hasn’t said a ton about baby #4, aside from her Instagram pregnancy announcement.

Ryan and Blake like to keep their children out of the spotlight in an attempt to give them a “normal childhood,” Blake told Marie Claire way back in 2016. So, it makes sense that they’re being a little more hush-hush on the matter.

What has Blake said about being a mom?

Blake got real about motherhood when she talked to Forbes back in May.

"Having children for me made me feel so much more in my skin," she said. "I never felt more myself or at ease in my own body or more confident."

Becoming a mother gave Blake confidence and ownership over her life and body. "I just think that growing up, having kids, all of those things made me feel like I only want to do things where I can have really meaningful collaborations and have authorship," she added.

What has Ryan said about the pregnancy?

The 45-year-old Deadpool star really loves being a girl dad and "wouldn't have it any other way," he told Access in November 2021, per Us Weekly. Awwww!

Ryan didn't know much about girls before becoming a father of three. “I grew up with boys, and I was constantly being thrown through walls when there was a perfectly good door five feet away,” Reynolds said. “We love having our girls.”

Look how sweet this couple is!

Blake and Ryan previously said they are hoping for a baby boy.

While Ryan previously discussed how happy he is with his three daughters, he and Blake are “hoping for a boy” this fourth time around, a source close to the couple told Us Weekly.

“But, of course, they just want a healthy baby, no matter the gender,” the source added.

Each of their children are two years apart so “the timing is perfect,” the insider shared. “They’re keeping with the pattern.”

Now, Ryan seems to want another girl.

On November 7, Ryan made an appearance on the TODAY Show to promote his upcoming film, Spirited, with Will Ferrell and Octavia Spencer.

When asked about the baby's gender, Ryan said that they kept the sex of their children a secret until birth. "I know girls, so I'm kind of hoping that, but I'm ready for whatever happens," he said.

When is Blake's due date?

Given that the news only came out in September, it's not *totally* clear how far along Blake is at this moment. But I did a little sleuthing.

Typically, a pregnant person doesn't start "showing" until her second trimester, when she's between 12 and 16 weeks along. However, if a person is on their second, third, or in Blake's case, fourth pregnancy, they may start showing as early as the end of the first trimester, per Healthline

So, given all this, Blake's due date is likely around February or March of 2023.

Stay tuned for more updates. Congratulations, Blake and Ryan!
