Gossip Girl may be off the air, but Blake Lively (who has said she'd be game for bringing it back) briefly reprised her role as Serena van der Woodsen last night at Chanel Métiers d'Arts fashion show at the Met museum.
The actress was shot on the Met steps-where she and Gossip Girl's Blair, Leighton Meester, shot countless scenes roughly 10 years ago.
The actress wore a sequined mini dress over sequin-studded thigh-high white stiletto boots and a cropped white jacket.

It's also an outfit that's just a couple statement pieces more than this gold mini dress look she wore as Serena back when she was shooting Gossip Girl in 2009 for season three:
This is Lively's second fashion show this week in New York City. She also attended Versace's pre-fall show on Sunday night in the Financial District. The show was an homage to Versace's greatest '90s hits, and Lively played along, wearing a silver dress with a butterfly back detail, straight from the 1999 runway collection. She really embraced the late '90s/early '00s theme, carrying a nearly $6,000 brick phone clutch by Judith Leieber.
Lively styles herself, so she's responsible for both these looks. “I just like it," she told WWD, when asked why she does it. "I love design and I love fashion and it’s a way to be creative. In my job I get to be creative, but it’s over a period of time and so many other people are involved, whereas this is a beginning, middle and end, and I get to be creative and there’s an end date in the near future. It’s the same reason why I like doing my friends’ hair and makeup or cooking-you get to be creative and finish it. Whereas with my job you do it and then two years later it’s finished. It probably goes back to the control issues; it’s like, ‘Okay, I did it, I completed it, it’s done!’”
