While everyone's waiting in line for the chance at a big screen TV, you'll booking your next glamorous vacation from the comfort of your sofa...and for a fraction of the price. Travel deals don't usually come to mind when Black Friday rolls around, but 2018 is officially the year to take advantage of the incredible sales on airfare and hotels.

DealNews, the expert shopping comparison websites, shared their predictions on this year's biggest travel sales, and here's everything you need to know:

Flight Discounts To Expect

Based on last year's unbelievable deals on plane tickets, this Black Friday is going to make our jaws drop. Almost every airline will drop prices on flights, but keep an eye on Alaska Airlines, JetBlue, Spirit, Southwest, and United. Last year they all offered domestic round-trip flights for under $100 (gasp!).

For international flights, DealNews suggests: "While Delta and Southwest offered good international deals [last Black Friday], you'll primarily want to look to international carriers like Emirates, Norwegian, and WOW Air for these deals."

Here's what DealNews expects from airfare sales this year:

  • $20 one-way domestic flights

  • $100 round-trip flights to Mexico and South America

  • $200 round-trip flights to Europe

  • $500 round-trip flights to Asia

Hotel Discounts To Expect

"About a third of travel deals this Black Friday season will be for hotels," said DealNews. "Hotel deals tend to focus on high-end properties, so plan to look for 4- and 5-star properties."

You'll want to keep an eye on travel discount sites like Expedia and Hotels.com for flat discounts, either a percentage or specific dollar amount off. Don't forget about all-inclusive resorts, either - they usually go hard on Black Friday sales.

These are their predictions for hotel discounts:

  • Starwood and Hyatt hotel stays for 30% to 60% off

  • Off-Strip Las Vegas hotel stays under $20 a night

Black Friday Travel Shopping Tips

While saving big on a major travel experience is exciting, make sure to keep these tips in mind to get the most out of your Black Friday deal:

  • There are almost never car rental sales, so plan accordingly for transportation.

  • Double-check what's included: For a resort deal, is it all-inclusive? For a discounted plane ticket, do you get to check luggage?

  • Your travel dates might not be available. "They may only be available on certain dates or at certain locations, restricting when and where you can go," said DealNews. Make sure to read the fine print before you click 'buy'.

Now just let all that sink in until November...then the real fun begins.
