Visitors to Yellowstone National Park were treated to a spectacular view on June 24 when a bison stopped in front of Old Faithful as it erupted.
Joey Krastel, who captured this footage, told Storyful the bison was wallowing, or rolling around in the dirt nearby before walking toward the geyser. He said the bison walked right up to Old Faithful and stood between the geyser and spectators.
“It was almost like he walked over to watch himself,” he said. “He was harmlessly misted by the geyser and on such a warm day, it probably felt great.” Credit: Joey Krastel via Storyful
