Clowns! Clowns and fools everywhere! How dare the small minds of TikTok suggest Billie Eilish is in her “flop era”!

While I haven’t seen any evidence that Eilish’s new music is being rejected by her fanbase, the singer apparently has. She recently posted a TikTok in which she reacts under the words “Is it just me or is Billie in her flop era like why does she suck now…” and captioned it, “Literally all I see on this app…eat my dust my tits are bigger than yours.”

To top it all off, she added her own music, the song “NDA,” as the backing track to the video.

Let’s fact check all this for a hot second. First of all, Billie Eilish does not suck now, nor has she ever. Second, a note to Eilish herself: As you must be aware, Billie, the TikTok for You page is controlled by an algorithm that responds to your own habits. So stop looking at negative TikToks, and the app will stop sending you them. We suggest a healthy mix of makeup tutorials, kindly sibling pranks, celebrity lookalikes, and weird new foods

Eilish may not be in her flop era, but she is in her blonde era. The 19-year-old Grammy winner, who got famous while embracing streetwear and gamer girl hair, debuted an Old Hollywood look a couple months ago, going platinum blonde and wearing a corset on the cover of Vogue. She said the level of interest in her looks nearly scared her off social media. But she also admitted it was a post she saw on Instagram that piqued her interest in going blonde. She told Ellen DeGeneres, “I saw a fan edit when I had green hair. It was me with whatever hair color I had, and they just edited blonde hair on me and I was like, ‘Ah, it’s so sick; I want it.’”

Ah, the internet. It’s a mixed bag!
