Anyone can win an award, but true winners are the people who can lose and make it look like winning. Enter: Bill Murray, drinking a martini as he loses the Golden Globe for Best Supporting Actor in a film. As Laura Dern took the Golden Globes stage to present the first award of the night, she cycled through the nominees—all dressed in awards-show-appropriate get ups. And then there was On The Rocks nominee Bill Murray, looking like he's having the best damn Sunday night.

Instead of being wrapped up in the thrill of potentially winning, Murray had seemingly made peace with the result, however it turned out, sipping on a GD martini and sporting a short sleeved button up that was painted with every color of the wind. This man.

The trophy ended up (deservedly!) going to Daniel Kaluuya for his role in Judas and the Black Messiah, but in an unfortunate twist, there was a snafu on the technical side. When Kaluuya opened his mouth, no sound came out with the microphone seemingly remaining on mute. The whole thing was fumbled, even though Kaluuya was able to say a few words after the fact. But do you know who remained unbothered? Losing nominee Bill Murray. On his end, the biggest concern was whether or not his next martini would be garnished with an onion or an olive. (For the record, it appears that Murray prefers his martini with a twist.)

All of that is to say, this is the correct energy to bring to the Golden Globes. Hell, this is the correct energy to bring to all parts of life. Much like Murray's On the Rocks character, stay bold, stay unapologetic, and stay just a little bit tipsy.
