‘Big Bang Theory’ Star Kaley Cuoco Says She ‘Would Have Done 20 More Years’

It appears we aren’t the only ones who are dreading parting ways with Big Bang Theory.

Kaley Cuoco, who plays Penny on the CBS series, recently sat down for an interview with Extra and confirmed that her reaction to the show’s cancellation was (almost) as dramatic as ours.

“It’s broken my heart. I am so sad that it’s ending,” she said before adding, “For the record, I would have done 20 more years.”

The announcement wasn’t a huge surprise to BBT fans, considering rumors had been circulating for months about whether season 12 would be its last. Despite the speculation, it was still a tough pill to swallow for Cuoco and her co-stars.

“I was bad, but everyone was crying,” she added. “I think we were all hoping for a giant ‘bazinga!’”

Thanks a lot, Jim Parsons.
