Bethenny Frankel's new 'Fierce B*tch' beverage venture

Bethenny Frankel has made millions off of her Skinnygirl liquor company, and she was looking to rake in more dough with Snarky Tea. Entrepreneur Jenni-Lyn Williams brought her sassy line of teas into the Shark Tank, and the Real Housewives of New York City star was on board with the Snarky beverage.

Jenni-Lyn sold her line of teas to the Sharks by saying, “We think of tea as kind of this gentle, dainty beverage. But I broke it out of its box. And in the end, I think it’s really a better representation of what the drink is. It’s a badass beverage.” With flavors like Fierce B*tch and Get Your A** in Bed, Snarky Tea definitely has some attitude.

Bethenny seals the deal

While Bethenny liked the Snarky Teas, she did have a few concerns. “It’s called Snarky and you’re going to alienate places like Walmart and, you know, a lot of major retailers,” Bethenny told Jenni-Lyn, “I feel a little confused.” But Bethenny didn’t let that stop her from joining Mr. Wonderful in a deal that got them 50 percent of the company for $150,000.

The two ladies were very excited to be in business together. After they made the deal, Bethenny told the other Sharks, “She’s a bad bitch.” While Jenni-Lyn said, “I love Bethenny. I love her brand. I love her personality. So to have two fierce bitches plus Mr. Wonderful, I really think we’re going to knock it out of the park.”
