Forget a "London Boy": W has always fancied a London girl, from long established "It" girls like Naomi Campbell and Kate Moss to relative newcomers like Adwoa Aboah and Cara Delevingne. Hopefully, at least a few of them will be popping up on the runways in the days to come, now that it's time to head across the pond for the spring/summer 2020 edition of London Fashion Week. (And hopefully the event will provide a chic, albeit brief, distraction from the never-ending, nightmarish [Brexit] (https://www.wmagazine.com/topic/brexit) negotiations and/or whatever the latest drama is surrounding Meghan Markle.) In any case, there's one thing you can count on in the week to come: that the city's street style will be better than ever—and will double as a lesson in how to dress for fall. As models, editors, and assorted other fashion folks prepare to take the streets, get started with some wardrobe inspiration from W's anglophile archives, here.
