Last year the hotel underwent a multi-million dollar renovation. Tell us a little bit about what guests who haven't been to the property in a while can expect.

We spent a great deal of time attending to the exterior of the resort. Not only did we work on the building, we also updated our meeting space and rejuvenated most of the Spa. Our most notable project was the expansion and restoration of Gumbo Limbo, our beachfront restaurant. As one of the most celebrated beach front locations in Florida, our guests can enjoy fresh seafood and other coastal cuisine while enjoying a cocktail and savoring the spectacular sunsets Naples is known for.

The hotel seems to have something for everyone--a swanky sushi restaurant, Dusk, a kid's club, a world class spa, and tennis. How do you manage to cater to so many tastes and interests?

It is important to give our guests a variety of experiences that are easily accessible on property so they can truly unwind and not feel stress about where they’re going to eat that evening, or what activities they’ll do the next day. Having so much on-site gives our guests the ability to stay in one location, but also allow them to feel that they are having a different experience each day.

Not only do our Club Level guests have access to the dedicated team of service professionals and concierge services, but within the lounge they’ll find endless amenities such as five food presentations daily, including breakfast, a fine selection of wines, cocktails, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages as well as many other exclusive amenities to elevate the Naples experience.

Do you think Naples has a different kind of luxury feel than, say, Palm Beach? In general how would you describe the atmosphere of the hotel?

Palm Beach is a wonderful destination, but Naples does have a different atmosphere. There is a sense of laid-back luxury throughout the resort and the Naples community. This environment really provides the perfect setting to allow our guests to reconnect with each other and create new memories each time they visit. Additionally, the opportunities and experiences are really endless, especially in dining. The same family that enjoys a casual beachfront lunch together can enjoy an elegant and sophisticated and formal dining experience that evening.
