Best friends crash a date wearing hilarious disguises
Online dating can be a pretty hit or miss experience — can you really trust a total stranger that you met on an app? Sometimes it's good to bring some friends as backup if the date turns sour. Sometimes good friends show up regardless of whether or not you asked.
When Twitter user @backwoodbadi went on a date with someone she met online, her two best friends joined ... in disguise.

Dressed in massive curly wigs, her friends sat a few tables away from @backwoodbadi and her date. Luckily, her date didn't notice the ridiculously costumed pair, but she definitely did.
"I couldn't stop laughing, which is probably why I didn't get a second date," she recalled.
one time I went on a date with someone I met online and during the date I looked over and saw my best friends with wigs on. I couldn’t stop laughing which is probably why I didn’t get a second date😭 pic.twitter.com/mUCp5ygcZF

According to @backwoodbadi, these two friends have been with her since day one, from hiding in a bush during her first kiss to making a melodramatic music video after her first break up.
"They've always been so supportive of my relationships," she said.
