The Best Fashion Instagrams of the Week: Cardi B, Irina Shayk, and More

There is no better way to walk out of the end of summer than with the confidence of Irina Shayk. The newly-single supermodel posted a video to her Instagram account, in which she made a sidewalk lined with lush flora her own personal runway. With all the attitude in the world, she strutted towards the camera in a pointy-shoulder black PVC blazer, high-waisted polka dot tights, and teetering high heels. Her gallop was so energy-packed, we’re surprised she didn’t walk straight out of our phones.

Someone else enjoying the brisk change of season is Cardi B. While the rapper usually opts for saucier ensembles—such as the rainbow bodysuit she wore earlier this week at the Made in America festival in Philadelphia—she instead posted a Boomerang of herself in a polished gray herringbone suit, paired with snappy white heels.

And, of course, we can't forget that New York Fashion Week has just kicked off. Model Halima Aden marked the beginning of the five show-packed days by stepping out of a BMW in a blinding sky blue suit, complete with a turtleneck and peep-toe heels, before finishing off the look with a gold headscarf. The Spanish singer Rosalía also made a cameo in New York in typically flamboyant style, this time wearing a Gen Z-leaning graphic zip-up and a checked pair of short-shorts with oversize platform thong sandals. Maybe we’ll be seeing more of the singer and her wild looks throughout fashion week? Let’s hope so!
