Benefit’s Cult-Favorite Gimme Brow Is Coming Back
On Wednesday, Benefit Cosmetics announced the relaunch of its cult-favorite Gimme Brow product, which will be available for purchase March 13. Eyebrows everywhere, rejoice! Benefit voluntarily recalled the brow product in October last year because it "did not meet [its] stringent quality standards," according to a statement. After the recall was announced, customers could receive a full refund if they returned the product where it was originally bought.
However, the relaunch of the brow product features an updated formula – and super cute new pink packaging!
"We are committed to the highest levels of quality and doing what’s right for our customers," the company said in a statement. "The updated formula has passed stringent safety testing and meets the high-quality standards set by Benefit’s parent company LVMH."
The new tube features a plus sign to convey the volumizing effect of its fiber gel, but even with a new formula, it still delivers the same instant brow fullness that catapulted it to cult status. The secret? It contains tiny microfibers that adhere to skin and hairs to make your brows appear naturally fuller. Better yet, it's also water-resistant and lasts the whole day with its simple application brush.
