Hopefully 2018 will mark a new beginning for Ben Affleck.

The actor has reignited rehab speculation after paparazzi spotted him looking "disoriented" on a sidewalk near a treatment center in Los Angeles, according to the Daily Mail. He allegedly left the center in the early evening and returned the same night.

Affleck had two blonde women by his side; he reportedly had his arm around one, but video footage shows her removing his arm as photographers snapped away.

It's unclear who is speaking in the video, but a woman's voice can be heard saying "You're such a d--k."

A man's voice later says, "Why don't you get the f--k out of here?" presumably directed toward the paparazzi.

Us Weekly confirmed Friday that Affleck is still in treatment for alcohol and substance abuse, as a source noted, "Dealing with this disease is something he’ll have to work on for the rest of his life and he remains focused on it."

Affleck first sought treatment for alcohol addiction in 2001. In September of this year, he reportedly "reached a breaking point" and asked ex-wife Jennifer Garner and brother Casey Affleck to help him find a 30-day program, which he's since completed. He is now doing outpatient treatment.
