Ben Affleck’s 10-Year-Old Son Accidentally Backed a $225,000 Lamborghini Into a BMW

In a series of truly unfortunate events, 10-year-old Samuel Garner Affleck—Ben and ex-wife Jennifer Garner's son—ended up in the driver's seat of a yellow Lamborghini Urus worth $225,000, and, well, there were some hiccups.
While visiting 777 Exotics in Los Angeles with Ben and Jennifer Lopez yesterday, Sam got in the driver's seat and put the car in reverse, hitting the BMW parked behind him. Luckily, no one was harmed (not even the cars themselves, shockingly, according to Ben's rep via TMZ). In a series of photos captured by the online tabloid, you can see that immediately following the incident the actor checked for damage and comforted his son by wrapping an arm around the him in a tight embrace.
“Ben was at the dealership to test drive a new car...Sam seemed very interested in the exotic cars. Ben let him get into the driver's seat of a very expensive Lamborghini, [and] the car ended up reversing into another parked car,” a source revealed to People about how everything went down. “There seemed to be no damage to the cars, though. You could tell that Ben very much regretted letting Sam get into the driver's seat. He seemed upset about it.”
An employee from 777 Exotics separately said to The Post that the cars in their lot are parked pretty tightly together. “When [Samuel] got into the car, it jerked back and forth. We have a small lot and the cars are close,” he said. However, the episode didn't seem to really fluster anyone at the shop, and they all appeared to swiftly move on. “[Ben, Jennifer, and Samuel] seemed happy and continued to browse,” the source added before noting that the dealership would more than gladly welcome the A-listers back. “Affleck loves cars, [and] we hope they come in again,” he gushed. We don't know about you, but we're hoping the next visit is a bit more uneventful, LOL.
The news comes only a couple of weeks after Jen gushed about her fiancé in a touching Father's Day post via her “On the JLo” newsletter. “I have had a [front-row] seat to watching how you father for over a year now and I have never seen [a] more consistent, loving, and selfless father. And it’s not just to your own kids but also without obligation to mine as well. You show up and put them first always. You are affectionate and engaged in every moment they are with you and it’s honestly one of the most beautiful things I have ever seen. Thank you for all you do for all of us. We appreciate and love you beyond measure,” she gushed on the forum in addition to on her IG. Awwww. 🥺
