If you’re a major beauty buff, you might want to start following Bella Thorne on social media. The actress is fond of experimenting with new beauty trends and frequently posts her latest looks or beauty treatments. She’s gotten body tattoos, a septum ring, and has even done microblading to her eyebrows, so it’s fair to say she’s pretty bold when it comes to changing up her look. However, this time Thorne has decided to set aside piercings and body ink to alter her appearance in a different way — with hair color.

The Disney starlet is usually seen sporting a strawberry blond hair shade; however, she just revealed via Snapchat that she’s colored her hair a bright fire-truck red. Luckily for fans, Thorne documented the entire process, beginning with the hair dye application itself:

After some processing time, Thorne posted her finished look to Snapchat as well. See it for yourself, below:

We’ve been seeing this ultrabright shade on a few celebs lately, with the most recent to try it being actress Lily Collins:

While fans were wildly in love with Collins’s red locks, she didn’t keep them that way for long and is back to a more natural look.

Given the fact that Thorne appears to be a beauty chameleon, coupled with the unfortunate truth that this shade is a semi-nightmare to maintain (frequent touchups are mandatory with a color this bright), we’re thinking she won’t be keeping this shade around for too long either. Nonetheless, we can’t wait to see what the star has in store for us next!
