You heard the news here first, besties — tie-dye is back and better than ever thanks to our girl Bella Hadid. Despite her busy schedule during New York Fashion Week, walking down the runway for Fendi and Proenza Schouler, Bella found time to showcase her impressive styling chops with an off-duty model look that is a masterclass in print mixing.

We're convinced that the supermodel has never made a fashion faux pas, even when she dabbled in the quirkiest of leg warmers, denim-on-denim, preppy schoolgirl skirts, and dressed-up leggings. And we haven't even begun talking about her pioneering the Y2K trend with barely-there thongkinis, the ~controversial~ whale tail, handkerchief dresses, and rhinestone butterfly hip tattoos. Her street style is truly unprecedented and always imaginative, which is why it's no surprise that she's dropped yet another look that has our jaws on the floor.

Stepping out on the street of NYC in a fire 'fit, Bella expertly transitioned pastels from summer to fall. Her early '70s-inspired tie-dye Gate Print Tank Top from Paloma Wool stands out against her pale checkered trousers which rest right at Bella's navel. The two pieces share similar yellow hues which is why they work so well when paired together. To not detract from the fun print mixing moment, Bella wore a sheeny, pale gold leather jacket that features slitted flare cuffs.

As we know, Hadid doesn't live by Coco Chanel's rule of “Before you leave the house, look in the mirror and take one thing off," so there were plenty of accessories to complete the outfit. Bella mixed metals with numerous chunky gold and silver rings, but the most noteworthy piece was the necklace. The statement-making, white pearl choker features a large, swirled heart pendant complete with a teardrop-shaped pearl hanging off the heart's bottom point. The Kin Euphorics founder added a vintage Dior Saddle Bowler Bag, white loafers, and black, rectangular sunnies before catching up with big sis Gigi Hadid on the street.
