Baker Mayfield signs with Browns for reported $32.7M guaranteed

The Cleveland Browns announced on Tuesday that they have signed No. 1 overall pick Baker Mayfield. NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports that the deal is worth $32.68 million in guaranteed money for the quarterback including a $21.85 million signing bonus.
