Baby Archie Has Red Hair Just Like His Dad, Prince Harry

From Good Housekeeping

  • Meghan Markle and Prince Harry's son, Archie, has "tufts of reddish hair," a source told People, confirming that the royal baby took after his father's red locks.

  • The insider added that the three-month-old is also a "happy baby" and "really adorable," which we already knew.

The redhead genes are strong in Prince Harry's bloodline. It turns out that his and Meghan Markle's 3-month-old son, Archie Mountbatten-Windsor, is already growing "tufts of reddish hair," a source told People. Fans were already speculating whether the 7th in line for the throne would inherit his father's ginger locks, and although the royal infant still growing out his hair, it appears that for now, his mane might look like his father's.

It may also be a while before Archie is a full redhead. When Prince Harry was a baby, his hair was on the blonder side (like his mother Princess Diana's) before he developed the red hair he has now.

When the Duke and Duchess of Sussex first debuted baby Archie in May, days after he was born, they said it was too soon to tell which parent he resembled more. They were "still trying to figure that out," they said at the time.

Harry also added, "Everyone says that babies change so much over two weeks we're basically monitoring how the changing process happens over this next month really. But his looks are changing every single day, so who knows."

People's source gave a sweet all-around update about Archie, calling him "really adorable" and a "happy baby" with "puffy little legs." Excuse us while we squeal forever.
