Supermodel and body positive advocate Ashley Graham is no stranger to tough workouts, and the 31-year-old is showing no signs of slowing down during pregnancy. She recently shared some of her pregnancy fitness routine — she’s expecting her first child with husband Justin Ervin — and it’s seriously intense.
In a video clip posted to Instagram late on Monday, Graham can be seen doing vertical rowing in a black sports bra and black leggings. Her trainer, Kira Stokes, can be heard encouraging her, saying “That’s it Ashley, breathe. Gotta get that conditioning work in.”
At the end of the clip, Graham gives her belly a cute little pat. She captioned the video simply, “It’s a lifestyle.”
Stokes shared a few more images in her Instagram stories, showing Graham working on a weight machine, with the caption, “STRONG BACK = posture on point.”
Graham’s followers and celeb friends weighed in with praise for the mom-to-be.
Fans were equally supportive and inspired. One person wrote, “Yes sis! Such an inspiration and absolutely love your commitment!!!”
“Absolutely gorgeous momma! I aspire to be like this next pregnancy because this one is uncomfortable,” shared a fellow pregnant woman.
And there were more than a few people sharing this simple sentiment: “GET IT MAMA.”
Throughout her pregnancy, Graham has been all about confidence. She kicked off New York Fashion Week by stealing the spotlight in a skintight red latex dress, prompting fans to wonder how she even got the dress on. In August, she made a bold statement for body positivity by baring all — down to every last ripple and shimmering stretch mark — in a photo posted to Instagram.
