In Last Thing You Bought, celebrities and tastemakers take In The Know through some of their most recent purchases.

We’ve all been doing a bit more online shopping than normal during quarantine this year, and Ashley Darby is no different.

The “Real Housewives of Potomac” star recently appeared on In The Know’s “We Should Talk” series, where she opened up about all things season 5 of the Bravo hit and, while we had her, we made sure to ask about some of her recent purchases.

Darby, who shares a 15-month-old son, Dean, with her husband, Michael, and is also currently pregnant with her second child, has definitely had motherhood on the mind as she spends money online: Between the hospital-grade air purifier she bought for her son’s room, the potty training book (written by co-star Monique Samuels!) she nabbed and the maternity shirt scam she fell for on Instagram, the reality star made it clear that she’s on the hunt for products that will make her life as a mom much easier.

Listen to our full interview with Ashley Darby of “The Real Housewives of Potomac” here and keep reading for a rundown of all of her recent online buys.

Last thing you bought on Amazon:

“The last thing I bought on Amazon was an air purifier for [my son,] Dean. I’m a little bit obsessive these days, so I bought a hospital-grade air purifier.”

Last thing you bought off of Instagram:

“Unfortunately, I had to learn my lesson the hard way. I went to buy a shirt where you can put the baby inside of the shirt when they’re a newborn, but, first, it took two months to come, which should’ve been an indicator, and then it was so saggy and the baby basically fell out when I put him in. So, I learned my lesson, but that doesn’t mean I don’t peruse. The last thing I looked at seriously buying [off of Instagram] was a sauna bed sleeping bag that you can put on your bed, lay in and get a sauna experience.”

Last thing you bought that’s now part of your daily beauty routine:

“I recently bought a gua sha stone, which you can do a gua sha massage with. It helps drain your lymphatic system. It’s an ancient Chinese massage technique that helps your skin tighten and all that good stuff. I feel like it has [helped me], but I have pregnancy skin so I have a boost already. I think it has that helped me, though!”

Last book you bought:

“Actually, the last book I bought just recently was Monique’s potty training book!”

Last thing you bought that a co-star recommended to you:

“I bought something for someone: Gizelle had her 50th birthday recently, so I thought a good thing for her to do for her half-century birthday would be to go to the salt caves that Karen and I did, so I bought her a gift certificate for her to go have a spiritual cleansing at the salt cave.”
