Ariana Grande Shares First Photos From Her Wedding To Dalton Gomez
Ariana Grande’s rep announced on May 17 that the pop star and her real estate agent fiancé Dalton Gomez privately got married over the weekend at Grande’s Montecito home. Now, Grande is confirming the news herself—and sharing the first shots from their informal, intimate wedding.
Grande posted on Instagram, writing, “5.15.21 🤍” on the photo she shared of her kissing her new husband. You can view it here.
That was just the start. She shared a gallery of wedding photos including a full-length shot of her Vera Wang wedding dress.
Grande and Gomez were first reported to be dating in March 2020, although they were seen together around Valentine’s Day 2020. They got engaged in December 2020. “forever n then some,” Grande captioned her announcement post. The engagement came 10 months after their first February sighting.
In late August, a source talked to Us Weekly about why Grande saw Gomez as the one for her. Gomez “is the type of guy she has been looking for. He’s very protective of her, will go out of his way for her and does little things that are chivalrous. Dalton will go above and beyond to meet her needs,” the source said.
In April 2021, Us reported the two were planning an early summer wedding. “[They are] beyond obsessed with each other [and spend] almost all their time together,” Us’s source said of their relationship then. “He loves to dote on her. He just makes her really happy. All of Ariana’s friends and family love him for her.”
E! also reported in April that the two were planning a summer wedding. A source told the outlet that Grande and Gomez were still trying to maintain privacy in their relationship though. “[She] has been very respectful and tries not to share a lot about their relationship but it comes with the territory when you are dating a celeb,” the source said.
